A Human Rights Group known as Niger Delta Progressive Agenda For Change has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro for his appointment as the new helms man for Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP).

In a communique signed by its National President and General Secretary Comrade Goddey Enemieye Money and Comrade Henry Oyobolo respectively and made available to journalists in Abuja, the group expressed their heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Dennis Otutaro who they described as a great Son of ijaw Nation.

The group said in the Statement that Dr. Otuaro is a product of the Niger Delta struggle, an academia and a technocrat with the full capacity, abilities, energy, knowledge and networks to handle and fix over ninety percent of the problems and challenges emanating from the Niger Delta region. 

We are also using this medium to give a very high commendation to His Excellency President Bola Tinubu for the approval of this appointment of Dr. Dennis Otutaro as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP). 

"After the appointment of Hon. Kingsley Kuku as head of the Presidential Amnesty Program, that brought live and energy to the program.

"Dr. Dennis Otutaro is the second product of the struggle to be appointed.

" We say a very big thank you to Mr. President Tinubu and everyone that played one vital role or the other in making this possible.

"We strongly believe Dr. Dennis Otutaro has the full capacity, abilities, knowledge and networks in taking the Niger Delta region to its promise.

"He will bring the most guaranteed peace highly needed, progress, empowerment and development of the people in particular and the region in general. "
