The National Assembly, in collaboration with Zaramat Global Company Ltd., commenced a four-day capacity-building exercise aimed at enhancing productivity and service delivery. The training program, themed "Re-Orientation for Improved Productivity and Effective Service Delivery," began on Monday 19th August 2024 and will continue through to the 22nd of August 2024.
The Clerk of the National Assembly, Alhaji Sani Magaji Tambawal, highlighted the importance of the training in light of the growing demands on public servants to deliver results efficiently. "The training is crucial for our staff as we strive to enhance our service delivery. It is part of our broader effort to build a workforce that is not only competent but also dedicated to meeting the needs of the people", Tambawal stated.
The Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission, Engr. Ahmed Kadi, represented by the Commissioner for South-West, Hon. Akamo Olabode, said that he has the confidence that the National Assembly Bureaucracy is populated by talented, hard-working individuals who share his vision for a more effective and efficient job performance.
