Timeline.ng had on Monday reported how a bill seeking to scrap the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC passed second reading at the House of Representatives.
The bill was Sponsored by a lawmaker from Rivers State, Awaji Abiante who said the scheme should be scrapped because the scheme has failed to address the essence of its establishment.
