Edo State Deputy Governor, Comrade Philip Shaibu on Wednesday paid a condolence visit to the family of the late People's Democratic party PDP National Women Leader, Professor Stella Effah Attoe in Abuja.
He received by the husband, Chief Shaibu Oyedokun who said his late excelled three good area.
He said as an academia, she rose the top, as a politician, she was also there at the top, and a good home manager.
Earlier, Comrade Philip Shaibu described the PDP National Women Leader as mother and a who sacrifices her personal comfort for others.
