Shaibu expressed concern that the governor has chosen to attack a constitutionally recognized office without considering the implications this could have on the future of the state.
He called upon the well-meaning citizens of Edo State to voice their opposition to Governor Obaseki's actions, emphasizing that the office he holds is not solely a creation of Obaseki and that the people must speak out against Obaseki's tactics solely because he wants to impose his chosen successor.
