Pop icon Jennifer Lopez is the next artist to take the stage for Apple Music Live — the live performance series that gives the biggest stars in music a platform to connect with audiences around the world.
Fresh off of the release of her ninth studio album, This Is Me…Now, Lopez hits the legendary Orpheum Theater stage in Los Angeles to a crowd full of her biggest fans.
The Apple Music Live performance will debut Wednesday, February 21 at 7:00pm PT / 10:00pm ET exclusively on Apple Music at apple.co/JenniferLopez and Apple TV+. Fans can also stream the Apple Music Live performance anytime on demand on both Apple Music and Apple TV+.
In a wide-ranging and refreshingly honest interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Lopez said, “I think (This Is Me…Now) is the most honest record that I’ve ever made.
"And I feel very connected to it because of that. It’s not just personal, it’s my whole heart on the wax. It’s my whole heart in the air, and the ether now.
"And I really feel like, as I shared the music, I wasn’t just sharing music, I was sharing a feeling, a message, a bigger idea about, and that’s why it just didn’t end with the music for me.”
During the performance, Lopez showcases new tracks “This Is Me…Now,” “Rebound,” “Hearts and Flowers,” and “Greatest Love Story Never Told,” plus her biggest hits and fan favourites including, “Jenny from the Block,” “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” “If You Had My Love,” and more.
The second season of Apple Music Live kicked off this past May with a special performance by Ed Sheeran, which was followed by Burna Boy’s historic London Stadium show last summer, Dominic Fike gave an electrifying show from Atlanta, Brent Faiyaz serenaded a packed house in London, and most recently SZA had us all in our feels from Brooklyn.
Additional Apple Music Live standout performances have included Harry Styles’s One Night Only in New York performance, Billie Eilish’s Live at the O2 performance; Alicia Keys’s first-ever Holiday Masquerade Ball; and riveting performances from chart-topping artists Lil Durk, Mary J. Blige, Luke Combs, and Wizkid.
