The Honourable Minister of Niger Delta Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, welcomed Mr. Osagie Okunbor, the Managing Director of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) and Country Chairman of Shell Companies in Nigeria, to his office on Monday.
